Hiring Lytchett Matravers Village Hall
The Hall consists of the Main Hall and Blanchard Room and kitchen. It is generally booked on a 'session' basis.

Morning: 9am - 1pm
Afternoon: 1:30-5:30pm
Evening: 6pm - 11pm
Hourly Rates available on request
All subject to signed agreement and

Main Hall: £120 per session
Blanchard Room: £60 per session
Whole Hall: £140 per session
Whole Hall: Friday-Saturday Evening: £200
Local, Regular and Charity Hirers
Main Hall: £60 per session
Blanchard Room: £30 per session
Whole Hall: £70 per session
Whole Hall: Friday-Saturday Evening: £100

Parties booked within the sessions: £70
for the use of the Main Hall, Blanchard Room and Kitchen

Kitchen
Use of Kitchen: Included in Hire fee for general use (e.g. making hot drinks), but must be requested on booking and may be shared with other users
Use of Kitchen and Cooker:
£20 and must be requested on booking
The Stage
Use of the stage and/or music system in the Main Hall
